DLS 2025 Gala for Good

Step into a world where good and wicked intertwine at our 2025 Gala for Good—a Wicked Good Time. Follow the yellow brick carpet into a realm of wonder, where nothing is quite as it seems and everything is extraordinary.

Indulge in spellbinding hors d’oeuvres, a feast fit for the Emerald City, decadent desserts, and a late-night treat—all paired with an open bar that flows as freely as magic itself. Sip on signature cocktails like the daring Elphaba Elixir or the sparkling Glittery Galinda—drinks as unforgettable as the witches who inspired them.

Throughout the evening, bid on extraordinary treasures—luxury getaways and experiences so rare, they feel straight out of a storybook. Gather with friends, families, and fellow dreamers as we celebrate community, raise vital support for our school, and prove that even the smallest good deeds can change the world.

Don’t let time fly away on a broomstick—Early Bird Tickets are available from September 17th to October 5th. After that, regular-priced tickets will be on sale until November 1st. Secure your spot before they vanish into thin air!

Attire

Come as you feel most comfortable—whether that means classic gala attire or stepping into the magic of Oz. Guests who wish to dress to theme are invited to sparkle like Glinda, go bold like Elphaba, or channel any character from the Emerald City. Need a little inspiration? And for those who love a little extra fun, we’ll be hosting a Costume Contest—so don’t be afraid to let your imagination take flight. From emerald elegance to full Oz-inspired looks, prizes await the most magical ensembles of the night!

Why a Gala?

The Gala is DLS’s main fundraising effort for the Annual Fund. The Annual Fund supports the yearly budget for the school and goes directly to purchasing curriculum, busing, providing teacher and student supports, purchasing and maintaining technology, and assistance for families with financial need (uniforms, field trips, international trip, and more). An in-person Gala generates about $150k for the Annual Fund each year and helps bring us closer to our $300k goal!

Do you have items you would like to donate to support the silent or live auction? If so, email olivia@denverlanguageschool.org.

Host a Buy-In Party

This year we are hoping to have families host Buy-Ins to help support the auction. A Buy-In is a fun party that raises money for our school and our children.
