Capstone Expo 2021
Welcome to the 8th Grade Capstone Expo 2021
The Capstone Project is the culmination of the Student Action Project Program at DLS. Student Action Projects emphasize the student’s role in their education and have four important overarching principles: they are inquiry-based, self-directed, connect students with mentors from the broader community, and promote personal reflection. The Capstone Project highlights our students’ academic achievement, cultural competency, target language proficiency, and global citizenship.
Our students have done an amazing job this year! We have seen more creativity than ever before, and our students are engaging with important social and global issues.
