Dear Parents:

Hello!  My name is and I will be your child's 2nd Grade teacher this year at Denver Language School.

This is my second year as a teacher at Denver Language School.  I have been teaching for the last eight years, two of which have been in the area of Special Education in Buffalo, New York, Puerto Rico and Colorado.  I went to the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and obtained a BA in Elementary Education.  Also, I obtained a MA in Special Education from Buffalo State College.  In addition, I hold an associate degree in Administration from the Salvation Army College.  I worked as a Captain Officer Administrator for 10 years in the Salvation Army in the USA Eastern Territory.  Although Spanish is part of my heritage, I have taken and passed the Colorado PLACE Spanish for an endorsement in Spanish K-12.  I hold professional teacher licenses in the states of Colorado, New Mexico and Puerto Rico.

I look forward to a wonderful school year with your child.  I plan to make parental contact as much as possible because you are the most important person in your child's life.  Your involvement and support mean a great deal.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to make a difference in your child's life.  If you have any question, please do not hesitate to contact me at Denver Language School, the phone number is (303) 557 - 0852.  My school email is (
